Work profile:
- Look after dispatch activities.
- Coordination with the dispatching team on transport/courier requirement.
- Co-ordination with other branches to make sure that the process of material pick-ups and arrangements are done timely.
- Regular follow ups with transport team assuring on time deliveries.
- Arrange dispatch documents.
- Arrange transporter at minimum cost as and when required.
- Ensure goods dispatch to client as per planning.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Essential any Graduate with computer knowledge.
- Should have good negotiating skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations transporters.
- Fair idea of freight charges of goods including project cargo.
- Familiar with R.T.A rules as applicable for transportation.
