Sales Support Executive (Ahmedabad)

Job Description

  • Execution of Customer "order booking" till receipt of Payments.
  • Coordination with Marketing Engineer for customer order details, its T&C, taxes & duties and any other specific details / remark against the order.
  • Sales Support -   
  1. Serve product / item sample request
  2. Provide dispatch status & its docket details.
  3. Attend & divert any query on receipt of customers call
  • Prepare Reports on Sales done, Pending orders and Customer Complaints.
  • Excellent in basic computer literacy.

Job Description:

  • Sales & Marketing of Terminal Blocks, Relay Modules and other panel accessories either directly to panel builders or through dealers.
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Providing techno - commercial solutions and independently handling sales enquiries and negotiate orders and responsibility to execute till payment.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client's need.
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets.
  • Be a team player communicating with colleagues and other department members.
  • Able to travel throughout sales territory.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidate must be aware of Vadodara Industrial Market. 
  • Young and energetic with flair for Sales & Marketing and willing to travel extensively.
  • DEGREE in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical.
  • Having relevant number of years of experience in direct Sales /Marketing of Industrial Products preferably in the switchgear and panel industry.
  • Candidates having experience of selling Terminal Blocks, Switchgears and Panel Accessories shall be preferred.
  • Candidates having experience of Channel Partner / Dealer Management shall be preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
